Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all tours provided by Hocus Pocus Tours.

Hocus Pocus Tours assume no responsibility if a participant or participants are late in joining the tour, miss a tour, or are unable to access the tour due to technical failures. Tour guides as well as Hocus Pocus Tours are not responsible for injury or damage, directly or indirectly, to persons and/or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, tour programs, or any other services due to acts of nature, fire, breakdown of machinery, acts of authorities, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, delays, cancellations, participant/s negligence, or changes in the tour. In addition, tour guides are not responsible for any acts committed by participant or participants with or away from the tour group.

Tour operates rain or shine. Hocus Pocus Tours reserves the right to discontinue service at any time for weather or any other reason. All walking tour weather related decisions will be made no later than the tour departure time by the tour guide. If a walking tour is cancelled participant or participants may receive a refund as determined by Hocus Pocus Tours, minus any credit card or processing fees.

Hocus Pocus Tours does not offer refunds to latecomers or no-shows. If you need to cancel or change your tour reservation (subject to availability), you are required to do so 24 hours in advance. No refunds are offered for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to tour departure. Cancellations and changes made more than 24 hours in advance of tour departure are subject to a service fee. No refunds available for tickets/tours purchased over the phone, in person, if a tour is missed by participant/s, or for tickets purchased for tours in October regardless of reason given.

Please note, Hocus Pocus Tours is not responsible for or obligated to issue refunds or make changes if the wrong tour date is selected. Kindly check your selected tour date to make sure it is correct before clicking on the ADD TO CART button.

By purchasing tickets you and all members of your party agree to all terms and conditions as stated in entirety, whether they have been read and understood by all, some, or none.
